“Crescent Hotel”. 1887. Large, two-and-a-half-story, frame, gable-roofed, coastal cottage with double-tiered inset galleries. Pedimented dormers. Clapboard under asbestos siding. Only extant nineteenth-century structure built as a hotel. Work in progress.
